Red Club Flavours Pvt.Ltd. is located at 1489-91 on S.P. Mukhrejee Marg, which is always a hectic spot to be in. Our building has seen better days, but it works for what we do. Inside, there is always some kind of strong smell lingering in the air, maybe strawberry one day or something savory the next. It’s a bit of a weird job, mixing up ingredients to make things taste a certain way. Our lab isn't some pristine place you’d see in a movie; it’s got stained counters and shelves packed tight with little glass bottles and plastic jars. We spend a lot of time weighing things out on scales that have seen years of use. The staff here mostly wears old aprons, and we’re usually too busy checking batches to worry about the chaos of the street outside. People don’t really think about where the taste in their food comes from, but we’re here doing it every day. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows, and the sound of the city never really stops.
