Raunaq Churi House

We have been operating Raunaq Churi House for quite a while now. You can find us at Plot No. 5948 in the Main Bazar of Ballimaran. It is a very crowded place, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping. Our shop is filled with all kinds of bangles. We have glass ones, metal ones, and some with a lot of stones on them. My father started this business and I just took over after him. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We have old wooden shelves that are packed to the ceiling with boxes. Sometimes finding the exact color a lady wants takes us ten minutes of digging through the stacks. The light inside is a bit dim, but we have a couple of bright bulbs right over the counter so people can see the glitter properly. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. People usually just find us by walking through the bazar or if their relatives told them we have good stock. The tea seller from around the corner brings us two cups every morning. It gets really hot in the summer because the fans don't do much in this heat. We just keep the doors open and talk to the people who stop by. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop, we just want to sell our bangles and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple life in a busy market.
