You can find us on the second floor of Katra Ishwar Bhawan, which is located at 511/1 in Khari Baoli. If you’ve ever been to Khari Baoli, you know it’s one of the busiest places you could ever find yourself in. The streets are narrow, and it’s always packed with people and carts moving goods. Our office is right in the heart of that chaos. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always interesting to watch. We focus on dehydration here, mostly dealing with dried products that come in and out of the market. The building itself is old and has that specific smell of history and spices. We don't have a lot of space, so every inch is used for something, whether it’s storage or a desk. The fans are always whirring to keep the air moving because it gets stuffy. Our team is small, and we mostly just talk across the room instead of sending emails to each other. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We’ve been part of this market for a long time, and we know most of the other merchants nearby. It’s a noisy, crowded, and lively place to be, and we wouldn’t really have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure our customers get what they need.
