R. K. Box Maker

You’ll find us at 1174 Bahadur Garh Road, right across from Gali Bahuji in Sadar Bazar. If you’ve ever walked through Sadar Bazar, you know how incredibly crowded and busy it gets at all hours. R. K. Box Maker is right in the thick of it all. We make boxes of all shapes and sizes, and the workshop is usually filled with the loud sound of cutting and folding machines. There’s cardboard stacked everywhere you look, from the floor to the ceiling. We’ve been here for many years, and we’ve seen the market change a lot, but people always seem to need boxes. Our space is small and a bit cramped, but we make it work for our needs. Most of our customers are local traders who need packaging for their own shops nearby. We don't have a website or a marketing person to talk to. Most people just walk in or call us up on the phone because they’ve known us for a long time. The air in here is always a bit dusty from the paper bits, and the street outside is never quiet. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We take the orders, measure the card, and get the boxes ready for pick-up by the evening. Sometimes the narrow lanes make it hard to move large stacks around, but we’ve gotten used to the daily squeeze. It’s a simple trade, and we just keep at it day after day without any big claims or fancy words.
