So, we are set up over on Bal Kishandharamshala Road. It’s in G Block, which is a busy area most of the time. The company is Prime Way Developers Private Limited. I remember when we first moved into this space. It was mostly empty, just a few chairs and a lot of ideas. Now, we have stuff everywhere. Files, maps of the local area, and plenty of coffee mugs. We do development work, which sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just look for ways to make things work better in the local real estate scene. It’s a small operation. We don’t have those massive glass offices you see in movies. It’s just a regular room where we put in the hours. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit much, but you get used to it. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a piece of land or a new building project. We aren't into big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly. If something is going to take six months, we say it’ll take six months. No point in making things up. We’ve lived around here a long time, so we know the streets and the people. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the community in G Block. We just take things one day at a time and do our best with the projects we have.
