We are PRAKASHRAJ REALESTATE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, based over in Mukundpur. Our office is on the ground floor at Plot No-150 in Block-A, right near Janta Vihar. It is a busy part of North East Delhi, and we have been working from this spot for a bit. We mostly focus on local real estate stuff, trying to figure out which plots are good for what. It is not always easy work. There is a lot of running around, checking documents at the local offices, and meeting people on site. We do not really do the big corporate thing here. We are just a small group of people who know the Mukundpur area pretty well. Our office is simple, nothing too special to look at, but it is where we do all our planning and meet with folks. We spend a lot of time talking about land prices and construction materials. Sometimes things get a bit hectic with all the phone calls and visitors, but we manage to get through it. If you are walking around Janta Vihar, you have probably passed by our place. We try to keep things honest and just tell people how it is. Building stuff takes time and there are always hurdles, so we just take it one step at a time. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It is noisy and crowded, but it feels like home to us. We are just trying to do our jobs and help get some buildings up. It is honest work for us.
