Param Hans Masale

You can find Param Hans Masale over in Bakhtawarpur, right near Swami Shardanand College in the Narela area. It’s a busy spot because of the college students walking around and the local market traffic. We have been operating from here for a while, mostly focusing on grinding and mixing different types of masalas. The shop isn't very large, and it can get quite warm when the grinders are going full speed. We don't have any fancy displays or a big reception area. It’s mostly just sacks of raw spices and the machines we use every day. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just local people making masalas for the folks who need them. Sometimes the noise from the college can be a bit much, but it keeps the area feeling alive. We spend a lot of time cleaning up the dust that comes from the spice processing. It’s a never-ending job, but you have to do it to keep the place right. We don't use any slick slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the mix right so the food tastes like it should for everyone who buys from us. Narela is a good place for a business like ours because there are always people moving through. We just stay in our corner of Bakhtawarpur and keep the business going as best as we can.
