We are PANKAJ PROPERTIES AND CONSTRUCTION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. You can find us at C-55-A, on the ground floor near DSIDC in Madipur. This area is quite active with lots of small businesses and workshops around. We handle a mix of property deals and small construction jobs. It is mostly me and a couple of guys I’ve known for years. We decided to set up here because it is central for our clients. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table where we look at blueprints or property papers. Madipur can be a bit noisy with all the industrial activity nearby, but we don't mind it. It feels like real work is happening. We take on jobs that people need done right away, like fixing up an old storefront or helping someone find a small plot. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We have our own way of doing things and it seems to work for the folks around here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We just do our bit and try to stay out of trouble. Some days are slow and others we are working late into the night. That is the life of a small construction firm in Delhi. We are just glad to have a roof over our heads and steady work coming in through the door. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood. We treat them like neighbors because they are.
