We are located in Raghu Shree Market, right on the first floor at number 39. It is a busy market area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Omega Icehill Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. We mainly handle stuff related to refrigeration and ice-making equipment. The office is often full of boxes of spare parts and catalogs. It’s not the most organized place, but we can find what we need. People from the market often pop in just to say hello or ask about a small repair. We don't mind. It’s part of being in a place like this. The work involves a lot of troubleshooting. One day a compressor is acting up, the next it’s a thermostat issue. We just take it as it comes. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the market noise, but you get used to it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure the orders go out and the repairs get finished. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The stairs up to our floor can be a bit narrow, so moving large equipment is always a bit of a challenge. We’ve learned some tricks over the years to make it easier. We just want to do a solid day’s work and head home. That’s pretty much the story of our shop. We’ve been here since the market was much smaller.
