We are located on the second floor of a building in New Rajinder Nagar. It’s a busy part of Central Delhi, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is a bit of a workout every single morning. We deal with various foods and drinks here. It’s not a fancy cafe or a big restaurant, just a place where we get work done. Some days the heat in the kitchen is almost too much, so we keep the fans running at full speed. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us and a few helpers trying to keep the orders moving out. Most of the people around here are busy with their own lives, so we try not to get in the way. Sometimes we stay late to finish the bookkeeping because it's hard to do while the machines are running during the day. We’ve had to learn a lot about how to manage stocks and talk to suppliers without getting overcharged. It’s a learning process every day. We just rely on people finding out about us through word of mouth or by just happening to be in the building for something else. It takes a lot to keep things running.
