Nauratan Masala Co.

If you have ever been to Chandni Chawk you know how chaotic it can be. Our place, Nauratan Masala Co., is located at Plot No 6053-B in Khari Baoli. It’s right near Dau Dayal School in the Naya Bans section. The air around here always smells like different spices being moved around. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone not used to it but for us it’s just the smell of work. The lanes are narrow and there are always carts and people pushing through so getting things in and out is a bit of a struggle every single day. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now and we know the neighbors well. It’s a very old part of the city and the buildings show it. There is always some repair work or something that needs fixing around the office. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. Most of our space is taken up by sacks and boxes waiting to be sent out. It’s a loud place with people shouting and horns honking outside our windows from morning until night. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have to fill. Being near the school means there are lots of kids running around in the afternoons which adds to the noise. It’s just life in Naya Bans and we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves in a quiet office.
