It is not a restaurant where you sit down and order a meal. It is more of the backend of things, dealing with supplies and getting food products where they need to go. The kitchen area is always busy, and there is usually a lot of packing happening near the doors. We started this because we liked the idea of getting good food out to the local community. It is not always easy. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the ingredients we get are not exactly what we wanted, so we have to adjust on the fly. The space is a bit tight, especially when we get a big shipment of supplies in. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is up to the standard we would want for our own families. It is basic, honest work. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just prep the food, pack it, and move it out.
