Naitik Homes Private Limited

Out here on Burari Bhaktawarpur Road, things move a bit differently than in the city center. Our spot is at Kh. No. 108 in Hiranki. Naitik Homes Private Limited is basically a local outfit. We handle a lot of land stuff and building around this part of North West Delhi. The road can get quite dusty during the dry season, but you get used to it. We’ve got a small team, mostly just local people who know the area well. We aren't the type to wear suits to work every day. Usually, it's just boots and jeans because we spend a lot of time on site. There’s plenty of construction going on around here lately. We try to keep up with the work as it comes. It's not a fancy setup inside. We have a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of maps of the local plots pinned up. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while discussing the next project. It’s a slow process getting all the permissions from the authorities, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We aren't making any big promises to anyone. We just take on the jobs we can handle and try to finish them without too much trouble. It's honest work and it keeps us occupied. If you’re driving down toward Bhaktawarpur, you’ll likely see some of the spots we’ve worked on. It’s a growing area and we are just happy to be part of it.
