Msrk Construction Private Limited operates out of a small space in Narela, specifically House No 134 on the ground floor of Pkt 11, Sec A6. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we handle our daily business. Narela can be quite dusty and the traffic is sometimes a real pain, especially when we are trying to get materials delivered on time. Most days start early here because the heat gets bad by noon. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or walking over to nearby sites to check on things. The ground floor office is convenient because people can just walk in and talk to us without having to climb stairs. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic right outside the door, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while and know the local area well. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks. It’s just a handful of us working here, trying to get things done without too much fuss. We deal with various building tasks and the paperwork that comes with it. The office is often filled with rolls of drawings and sample bricks lying around in the corners. It’s a bit messy but that’s how a construction office usually looks when there is work going on. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just some chairs and a desk where we do the accounts and planning.
