You can find us at House Number 561 on the second floor in Malkaganj. This is the office for Mountain Home & Promoter Private Limited. We are on Gali Mandir Wali in Ward No Xii of Mukeem Pura, which is a very old part of the city. The streets are narrow and you can hear everything happening outside, from the vegetable sellers to children playing. We work on home projects and promoting different properties. The office is small and tucked away, which we like because it’s quiet enough to get work done without distraction. We’ve got some old furniture and a lot of maps of the area pinned to the walls with thumb tacks. Malkaganj is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we end up talking to neighbors a lot while we're coming or going from the building. It’s not like those shiny glass offices you see in the newer parts of Delhi. This place has some character and old walls. We do a lot of walking because it's easier than trying to drive through the small lanes where cars barely fit. Our team is basically just a few people who have been in this business for a long time and know the ropes. We don't have big meetings; we usually just talk about what needs to happen over a cup of tea in the afternoon. Things move a bit differently in this part of town, and we’ve adjusted our way of working to fit that. It's about being honest and getting the job finished.
