Mohitash Infrastructures is situated in the Saini Building on Bahadur Garh Road. We are up on the third floor, at 4316/26. If you’ve ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know how packed the streets are with people and shops. Getting up to our office is a bit of a workout with the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re there. The North Delhi heat can be tough, but we have our fans going and the work keeps us busy. We deal with infrastructure projects, which means our desks are usually covered in technical specs and government forms. It’s a bit of a messy office, but we know where everything is. The noise from the market downstairs drifts up, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to get materials through the narrow streets. It’s a real challenge sometimes, but it’s what we do. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent business in one of the busiest parts of the city. We don't have any fancy brochures or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. There’s a lot of tea drinking and late-night tallying of expenses. It’s a tough environment, but there is a lot of energy in this building.
