Modak Build Infra Private Limited

Our office is set up at C/O Anil Verma 633/566 in Maliwara, which is a busy little spot to be. Modak Build Infra Private Limited is basically a group of us who enjoy building things and working on infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of hard work, and my desk is usually covered in dust from the sites we visit during the day. We don’t really have a big corporate setup. It’s mostly just making sure the materials arrive on time and that the guys on site know what the plan is for the afternoon. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck or a delivery being short, and we just have to deal with it. We’ve been working out of this Maliwara location for a while now. It’s a practical place to be. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the projects finished so we can go home at the end of the day feeling like we did something useful. We talk to a lot of different people, from local suppliers to the laborers who do the heavy lifting. It’s a lot of talking, coordinating, and double-checking things. You’ll find us mostly focused on the actual construction work rather than sitting in meetings all day. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us and the people we work for. We keep things pretty grounded here.
