Maximize Constructions Private Limited is tucked away at 680 Chitla Gate in Chawri Bazar. If you’ve ever been to Chawri Bazar, you know how crowded and noisy it is. It is one of the oldest parts of the city, and honestly, it feels like it sometimes. Our office is right there in the middle of all that history. We do construction work, which is funny because the buildings around us have been standing for decades, if not longer. Navigating the narrow lanes to get to the office every morning is an adventure in itself. You have to dodge rickshaws and people carrying all sorts of goods. We don't have a big, fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a workspace where we get our heads down and deal with the logistics of building things. The atmosphere is very local and very real. We deal with vendors and workers all day long. Sometimes it feels like the whole of Delhi is passing by our door at Chitla Gate. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a construction firm trying to do good work in a very busy part of town. The air is always filled with the sounds of the market, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It keeps us grounded. When we aren't out at a site, this is where you'll find us, likely drinking chai and looking over some new plans for our next project.
