We operate M&M Luxury Homes Private Limited from the first floor of House No. A-93/25-26. We are located right in the middle of the Wazirpur Industrial Area in North Delhi. It might seem a bit strange to have a luxury home business in an industrial zone, but this is where we have our base and it works for us. The area is always buzzing with trucks and workers, so it’s never quiet. Our office is a functional space where we plan out our residential projects. We spend our days looking at designs and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything is coming together as it should. We aren't the type to sit around in fancy suits all day. Most of the time we’re in dusty clothes because we’ve just come back from a site. The office has plenty of light, which is good for looking at materials and finishes. We’ve been in Wazirpur for quite some time now and we know how to get things done here. It’s a tough environment but it keeps us focused. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and try to make sure they are done right. It’s a lot of hard work and we take it one day at a time. The office floor is always a bit stained with mud from the latest site visit.
