MADHUSUDHAN CONTRACTORS LLP

We are based at Pushpanjali Enclave, on the second floor of House Number 4 in Block D. It's right near Bal Bharti Public School, so the area gets pretty busy when school lets out. Madhusudhan Contractors is a group of us working on various building contracts. The office is inside a residential enclave, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a commercial building. We have a few rooms set up for the staff and our files. It’s an LLP structure, keeping things straightforward between the partners. We spend our days coordinating with workers and checking on different sites. Sometimes we have clients come over to look at drawings. The second-floor view is just of the street and the school nearby. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a simple way of working. We’ve been in this spot for a while and like the neighborhood. There are good places to get tea and snacks nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to get the jobs done properly without a lot of fuss. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We keep the office tidy, but it definitely looks like a place where people actually work. It’s honest work and we like it that way. The afternoon school bell usually tells us it's time to head home.
