LANISH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located at Plot No 19 in the front portion of the ground floor. We are in Block 18 of Shakti Nagar. Shakti Nagar is a well-known area in Delhi, and being on the ground floor makes it very easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We don't have to worry about elevators or long stairs. Our work is all about construction, so you will often see us looking at blueprints or talking to contractors right here in the front office. It is a practical space, not a fancy one. We’ve got our files organized, and there’s usually a pot of tea on the go. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels very grounded. We don't use any big words to explain our business. We just take on construction projects and try to finish them. Some days are long and stressful, especially when we are dealing with city regulations or material shortages, but we manage. We’ve been in Block 18 for a good while and we like the vibe of the place. It’s a busy part of town but that’s good for business. We don't have any promotional slogans or mission statements. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever project is currently on the desk. That is the way we run things here at Lanish.
