Laddo Gopal Ji Realestate Developers (Opc) Private Limited is located right here at C-27 in Kamla Nagar. It is mostly just me running things since it is a one-person company, but sometimes a few friends stop by to help out with the paperwork or take calls. The office is not very big, but it works for what we do. Most days involve looking at maps, visiting different sites, and talking to people who want to buy or sell land. Kamla Nagar is a busy area, so there is always someone knocking on the door or calling to ask about prices. I started this because I know the local area well and wanted to work for myself. Dealing with real estate means a lot of running around to government offices and checking documents to make sure everything is legal. It gets tiring when the weather is hot, but that is just how the work goes. I try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks in. We do not have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. It is just a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone rings too much, but we get the jobs done eventually. If you are walking around C-27, you will probably see me there drinking tea or looking over some blueprints for a new project someone mentioned. It is a local business through and through.
