Our office is located at A-132 in Ashok Vihar, Phase-4. We are right in the Weavers Colony section of North West Delhi. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we like. The building is an old one, but it’s sturdy. We run our contracting business from the ground floor. Most of our mornings are spent checking the schedule for the laborers and making sure the trucks arrived where they were supposed to. We have a couple of desks and some old metal cupboards for the files. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it keeps the room cool enough to work. We don't do much marketing. Usually, people find us because we’ve worked on a house nearby. We like to walk around the colony during our breaks. You can see a lot of the history of the area in the buildings here. Our work takes us all over Delhi, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. We use simple English when talking to our clients because we want everyone to be on the same page. There’s no point in using fancy words if the roof still leaks. We just focus on the practical parts of the job. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the weather or missing materials, but that’s just part of the daily grind. We keep going until the job is done and the client is okay.
