Krishna Welding House

We have been running Krishna Welding House at 244/14 for a good number of years. You have to go up to the first floor in Jawaharo Market to find our shop. It is a very busy area near Ajmeri Gate, and Phatak Karor Road is always packed with people moving around. The market itself is a bit loud and messy, but that is just how things are in this part of Delhi. We spend our days surrounded by welding equipment and various metal parts. It gets quite hot in the summer, especially on the first floor, but we have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. The stairs can be a bit steep when you are carrying heavy stuff up and down. We don't have a fancy office or any soft chairs for people to sit in. It is just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Most of our customers are regulars who know exactly where to find us. We don't do any big advertisements or have a website. People just know the name and where we sit. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that even the delivery guys have a hard time reaching us. We start work early in the morning when the gates open and stay until things start to wind down in the evening. It is a simple life, and we are just happy to keep the shop going in such a historic part of the city.
