Asian Industrial & Scientific Instruments

Located at F-26 on the ground floor in Malka Ganj, our place, Asian Industrial & Scientific Instruments, is a bit different from the usual shops around here. Delhi-110007 is a busy area, but inside our doors, it is mostly about handling delicate tools and equipment used for scientific work. It is not the kind of place where people just wander in to browse. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something very specific for their labs or industrial projects. We have been in this ground floor space for years, and the walls are lined with all sorts of glass items and metal instruments. It takes a lot of care to move things around because everything is so fragile. We spend a good part of the morning just dusting things off and checking the orders that came in. It is a quiet kind of work compared to the street outside. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It is just us managing the inventory and talking to regular people who need these tools for their jobs. Sometimes we have to explain how a certain gauge works or find a replacement for a broken part. The floor is concrete and the lighting is just okay, but it works for what we do. We like being in Malka Ganj because it is central and everyone knows where it is. We just keep doing our thing every day while we manage the shop here.
