Kewal Son

Kewal Son is right in the heart of the old city at Phatak Namak. If you’ve ever been to Hauz Qazi, you know how tight the lanes can be. Our shop is at 4787/12. It’s an old building, like most things around here, with a lot of history in the walls. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s crowded and noisy, with carts and people constantly moving past the door. We don't have a big showroom with lights and air conditioning. It’s just a traditional shop where we keep our inventory. Most of the day is spent talking to customers who walk in off the street or handling phone calls from people looking for specific parts. It’s honest work. We know our stock inside and out. Sometimes it takes a minute to find something in the back because we have so much tucked away in the corners, but we usually get it. The area is famous for hardware and tools, so we fit right in. We don't bother with fancy advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know they can come to Phatak Namak and find us if they need something reliable. We take our tea breaks when the rush dies down and just keep going until the shutters go down in the evening. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us for years.
