You can find us in Phase-1 of Ashok Vihar, specifically at House Number 12 in Block-D. Kalpvriksh Nirman Services Llp is a small team working in the local construction and maintenance field. We have been operating out of this North West Delhi location for a while now. The area is nice enough, though finding a parking spot anywhere near the office can be a real pain during the middle of the day. We do not have a big corporate setup with fancy furniture. It is mostly just us, our notebooks, and our mobile phones. We spend a huge chunk of our time visiting various sites and checking on the progress of the work. Sometimes we have to deal with annoying delays because the weather is bad or because a supplier messed up an order at the last minute. That is just part of the reality of this business, and we have learned to expect it. We do not try to sugarcoat things for our clients. If there is a problem at a site, we just say it clearly and then try to find a practical way to fix it. Our office is a working space, not a showroom for guests. You will see plenty of dusty shoes and blueprints lying around on every surface. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It takes a lot of coordination, but we enjoy the process of building.
