Jams Bake Foods

We’ve been over here at C-37 in Model Town Phase-II for a while now. It’s just Jams Bake Foods, nothing too fancy. Most days the ovens are going pretty early because that’s just how it works with bread and stuff. People around here know the spot. We try to keep things simple. If you walk past, you’ll probably smell whatever is in the oven that morning. It’s a busy little corner of Model Town. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when the fresh batches come out, but we manage. My hands are usually covered in flour by ten in the morning. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. It’s mostly just people stopping by on their way home or picking up something for tea. We have our routine. The floors need sweeping constantly, and the shelves stay pretty full until the evening rush. It’s a lot of work, honestly. But we like being part of the neighborhood. Phase-II is a good place for a bakery like ours. We just focus on getting the dough right and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature. It’s not rocket science, just daily work. Some days are better than others, but we’re always here. We've got our regulars who come in every single day. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in Model Town.
