We are located at Plot 447 on 12th Cross in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. If you know Peenya, you know it’s a place where things are being made all the time. The air is always full of the sound of machines and the smell of metal and oil from the shops. Ipa Flowmatics Pvt. Ltd. fits right in here. Our building is practical and built for work, not for showing off. We have a small office area up front, but the real activity is in the back. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running for hours on end. We wear sturdy shoes and don't worry too much about getting our clothes a bit dirty or greasy. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the rhythms of the place. We start early before the heat gets too bad in the shop. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually bring our own tiffin or go to the small canteen down the street. It is a no-nonsense environment. We focus on the valves and the flow systems we work with. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves. If an order is late, we stay until the job is done. It’s a lot of technical work, but we talk about it in plain English.
