Idn Buildwell Private Limited has its office in Reghar Pura, which is a busy section of Karol Bagh. We are located at 3928/28 on the second floor. If you know Karol Bagh, you know it is one of the most crowded and energetic parts of Delhi. Finding a parking spot for a scooter is a challenge, let alone a car. Our office is up a simple flight of stairs and it is a very modest setup. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with contractors. The furniture is old and the walls aren't perfect, but it works for us. We aren't interested in having a high-end office because we spend most of our time thinking about building materials and site schedules. It is a very down-to-earth place. Most days are loud because of the market outside, but we are used to it. We deal with all kinds of people in the construction trade and we don't use any fancy language. We just tell it like it is. Some days the fans don't work as well as they should, and the office gets a bit warm, but we just keep going. It is a real, working-class environment where we handle our business without any fluff. We have been here for a while and we like being in the heart of the action. It is just a regular office.
