Life on Ratiya Marg is always moving fast, and that’s where you’ll find us. Our business, Harichand Sahni Sons, is located at D 5/547 in Sangam Vihar. This area is always full of life. It can be a bit of chaos too. The streets are narrow. There are always people and rickshaws moving about. We have a small space here that serves as our main office and storage. It’s not a fancy place at all. The paint is peeling a bit in the corners and the furniture has seen better days. But it works for us. We have been here for a long time. The neighbors are like family. We do a lot of our work over the phone or by meeting people who drop by. We have a website address on our business cards, but to be honest, we don't look at it much. Most of our day is spent handling orders. We make sure things are moving as they should. It gets really hot in the middle of the day. We have a couple of old ceiling fans that hum loudly while we work. We don't use any complicated marketing strategies. People know who we are. They know where to find us on Ratiya Marg. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the day's work. This happens mostly when the traffic makes the deliveries late. It's just the way things go in a busy place like Sangam Vihar. We aren't looking to change much. We just keep the business going like the generations before us did. It’s an honest living.
