B K Agencies is based out of House No D/584 in Chittaranjan Park. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main markets. Working out of a house has its own set of challenges and benefits. We have converted part of the ground floor into our working area. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a place with some tables, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. The trees outside give some good shade, which helps during the Delhi heat. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a neighbor looking for a package or someone lost looking for another block in C.R. Park. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough that we usually know where to point them. Our day starts around nine, though sometimes we start a bit later if the morning traffic was particularly bad. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just handle our agencies’ work as it comes in. The phone rings a lot, and we spend most of our time talking to people and checking lists. It can get repetitive, but it’s what we do. The floor tiles are a bit old and cracked in the corner, but it doesn't bother us much. It feels like home because it basically is. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. There is always a pot of tea going in the kitchen nearby.
