Our office is over in the Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at C-22 on the second floor of the DSIIDC complex in Sector 3. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving. There are trucks everywhere and people rushing to get things done. Greenhut Realestate Private Limited is based right in the middle of all that. It’s an industrial vibe, which suits us because we deal with real estate stuff every single day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and chairs where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the lift in the building is acting up so we take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. Dealing with land and property around here takes up a lot of time. We spend a lot of our mornings on the phone or looking over maps of the different sectors. Bawana is a big place and it can get confusing if you aren’t used to it. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the layout pretty well. It’s noisy outside with the factories and the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work finished. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We’re just a real estate firm working out of a busy industrial hub, trying to make things work for the people who come to us.
