Grato International

Grato International is found at 1120, Gandhi Gali, over in Fatehpuri. If you know the area, you know how narrow the lanes are and how it feels like the whole world is trying to squeeze through at once. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have been here for years, and while the streets are dusty and crowded, there is nowhere else we would rather be. The building is old, with high ceilings and walls that have seen a lot of history. We don’t have a big sign or a lobby; you just walk right in from the street. Inside, it is mostly boxes and a few desks where we handle our daily paperwork. It’s often quite noisy with the sounds of carts and people shouting outside, but it’s just the way things are in Fatehpuri. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We do our best to stay organized, even when the deliveries are late or the weather makes everything difficult. It is a very practical way of living and working. We don't worry about looking like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a local business trying to make things work in one of the busiest parts of the city. We know our way around these alleys and we like the people here. It is home to us.
