We spend most of our days at Gupta Towers in Azadpur. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the trucks are moving. Gopi Dehydrates Pvt. Ltd. has been around this area for a while now. We handle a lot of dried goods here. Mostly it is about taking the moisture out of things so they stay good for longer. It is dusty work sometimes but we are used to it. The office is at number 104 and it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some desks and computers. The traffic around Naviwala Bagh is always a headache. You learn to live with the noise though. Some days the machines are running all night. It takes a lot of time to get the drying process just right. We have a small crew and most of us have been here for years. We know the local farmers who bring their produce. It is just honest work. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to dry things properly, so we have to adjust. People come in and out of the complex all day. It’s not a quiet job. We focus on getting the crates filled and sent out. That is really what happens here every day from Monday to Saturday. We don't do anything fancy, just the basic work that needs doing to keep the business running.
