We chose this spot because it's right in the middle of where things are happening. The office is a bit lived-in, but that’s because we actually work here. You’ll find a lot of blueprints and notes scattered around. It’s not a corporate showroom. We spend a lot of time talking about construction and how to get things built properly. Sector 29 is a good place to be. It’s got a specific feel to it. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just get the work done. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. It makes the day go by faster when you're working with people you actually like. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. Usually, we are out on sites, but the office is where the planning happens. It’s a practical space for practical people. Nothing more, nothing less. We just try to keep up with the local developments and stay busy. If you see the sign for building 432, that's where you'll find us. It’s a quiet enough building, usually. Most of the neighbors are nice enough too.
