Ganesha Restaurant Limited

We are over at Bharat Apartments in Rohini, Sector 13, at plot number 20. Being in an apartment complex means we are right in the heart of the community. Ganesha Restaurant Limited isn’t just about food; it’s about the daily grind of running a kitchen. Every morning starts with the delivery of fresh vegetables and milk. The kitchen gets hot pretty fast once the stoves are lit. We spend the first few hours of the day chopping, stirring, and getting everything ready for the lunch rush. It gets very loud with the sound of pressure cookers and people calling out orders. We don't have a big fancy dining hall with velvet chairs. It is more of a local spot where people come because they want something that tastes like it was made at home. We have a small staff, and we all pitch in with everything, from cleaning the counters to serving the plates. There’s usually a bit of flour on the floor and the smell of spices in the air. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the food is ready on time. By the time evening rolls around, we are tired but we keep going until the last order is done. It’s a lot of work, but seeing people finish their plates makes it feel alright. We usually close up late and then start all over again.
