Flatszo Private Limited

Flatszo Private Limited is located at House No. 478 in Block-L of the JJ Colony in Wazirpur. It’s a very local spot, right in the heart of a busy residential block. The landmark people usually look for is the colony itself. Our office is basically a converted part of the house, which makes it feel very connected to the neighborhood. You have kids playing in the street and neighbors chatting right outside the door most of the time. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s very alive. We have a small desk setup and some chairs for when people come to talk to us about flats. We started this because we saw how much people needed help with housing in this part of Delhi. The office is simple, with just the basics like a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge marketing team. Most people find us by just walking through the block or hearing about us from someone else in Wazirpur. It gets pretty warm in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day long. We like the fact that we are right here where the people are. It makes the work feel more real when you are part of the community you’re working in. We just take things one day at a time from our little corner of Block-L and hope for the best.
