Emarat Buildwell Private Limited

Emarat Buildwell Private Limited is located at House No 725/2 in DD 2 Block A of Shastri Nagar. This place is right in the middle of a residential area, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We aren't in a high-rise office building. Instead, we work out of this house which we have converted to fit our needs. It has got a bit of a homey feel, honestly. We have our files in what used to be a bedroom and our main workspace is in the living area. Shastri Nagar is always full of life, with street vendors passing by and neighbors talking across the balconies. We do buildwell work, which keeps us pretty busy most of the year. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a wedding or a festival, and we just have to park further away and walk. Our team is small, and we have all known each other for a long time. There is no formal dress code here; we just come in and get to work. The electricity is mostly reliable, though we have a backup just in case. We don't have a big receptionist or anything. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. It is a very simple way of running things. We like being in Block A because it is easy for us to get around from here. Just a regular business in a house.
