Our office is on the ground floor at U-59 in R.K. Plaza, which is right on Lampur Road in Narela. We are quite close to the underpass, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us in North West Delhi. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and cars moving through all the time. Being in Narela means we deal with a lot of industrial and residential plots. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for people to sit and some folders full of land records. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just want to give people a straight answer about the properties they are looking at. Most of our day is spent either here at R.K. Plaza or driving out to see different sites around the area. Lampur Road can get quite dusty, especially in the summer, but that’s just how it is here. We like the location because it’s easy for people coming in from the surrounding villages or the main city to find us. We don’t do big fancy presentations. We just pull out a map and show you what is available. It’s a simple way of doing business and it seems to work for the people who live and work around here. We’ve seen Narela change a lot over the years, and being right by the underpass puts us in the middle of all that movement and growth.
