Desire Beverages

We work out of 46, New Katra, which is inside Ishwar Bhawan. It is an interesting old building with a bit of character. Desire Beverages isn't some massive, automated factory; we are just tucked away in a spot that feels like it has some history. The stairs are a little bit narrow and the lighting isn't always the best, but it has been our home base for quite some time. We spend the bulk of our days managing orders and making sure the crates are moved and stored correctly. It gets really busy during the hotter months when everyone is looking for something to drink. We don't have much room for anything extra, so every single corner of our space is used for something useful. You might see us out on the street talking to the delivery drivers or double-checking the inventory lists on a clipboard. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just get beverages out to the people who need them in the local area. People around New Katra know where to find us. We have had the same phone for years. Sometimes the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket down and keep moving. We are just a small group of people working hard together. It is our life.
