Naya Bazar is always loud and moving, and we are right in the middle of it on the second floor at 4047. Cucku Overseas Pvt Ltd has been here for a while. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but you get used to them after a few trips every day. Our office is usually filled with the sound of the market outside. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of town, but once you find 4047, you’re there. We do a lot of our business over the phone and through piles of documents that seem to grow every week. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some old wooden desks and a few fans that hum all day long. Being in Naya Bazar means we are close to everything, which is helpful. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets spotty, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else on the street. We handle international stuff, but our office feels very local. We don’t use big fancy words or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just do the shipping and the paperwork and try to make sure things get to where they’re supposed to go.
