We are located at House No. 26 in Sector 7, Rohini. It’s part of Block A, Pocket 1. Crb Buildtech Llp is a small operation, and our office actually feels more like a house because that’s what it was. We like it that way because it’s comfortable and doesn't feel like a cold business environment. We spend our days working on various building projects across the city. There’s usually a lot of noise from the street, and inside, we are usually debating about costs or timelines. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts that don't always want to move in the same direction. We don't use marketing talk or try to sound like we are something we aren't. We are just builders. Our desks are covered in calculators and site photos. Being in Rohini is good for us because we know the local suppliers and the people around here. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working through a pile of paperwork or talking on our mobiles. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to be difficult, we say so. That’s just how we handle things here in our little corner of Sector 7. It is not always perfect, but we get it done.
