CHAWLA MACHINERY STORES

We’ve been set up here at 98, Dindayal Upadhayay Market for quite some time now. Hauz Qazi is a busy place, always crowded with people looking for hardware and tools. Our shop, Chawla Machinery Stores, is right in the middle of all that noise and activity in Delhi. Most days start early, opening the shutters and dusting off the shelves. We have a lot of machinery parts tucked away in the back. People come from all over the city because they know this area is where most of the industrial supplies are kept. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop with counters and stacks of items. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when several customers show up at once asking for specific bolts or motor components. We try to keep track of everything, but with so many small pieces, it takes a bit of work. The address is 110006, right in the heart of old Delhi’s trading district. You can hear the rickshaws outside and the loaders carrying heavy boxes past the door all day long. We just handle the daily sales and make sure folks get what they need for their workshops or factories. It is a straightforward business. We don’t do much fancy talk, just focus on the stock we have on hand. If you walk through the market, you’ll find us easily enough near the other tool shops. We have been here for years, dealing with the same suppliers and seeing the same faces every day.
