Our place is over at 62, Hj Colony in Sawan Park Ashok Vihar-Iii. It is a busy spot. We deal with food products all day long. The kitchen and the storage areas are always full of boxes. We try to keep everything organized but when a big delivery comes in, things get a bit crowded for a few hours. It is a family-run kind of vibe here even if we have a bigger name. We mostly focus on getting the orders out to the local shops around Ashok Vihar. The neighbors know us well. Sometimes the smells from the cooking or the packing get quite strong, but nobody seems to mind much. We have a few delivery vans that go out every morning. It can be hard to park in Hj Colony sometimes because the streets are not that wide. We just make it work. We have been in this location for several years now. The office is just a small room in the front where we take calls and write down what people need. We don't spend much on decorations or anything like that. The money goes into the food and the equipment. It is just a regular day-to-day operation. Some of the staff have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps us stay focused when there are a hundred things to pack before the sun goes down.
