Bhu Developers is based out of Ke 2 in Kaveri Kunj, which is part of Phase 1 in Kamla Nagar. We have been operating from this location for a while and it serves us well. The office is not very big, just enough room for a few desks and a table where we can spread out our site plans and drawings. We are developers, so our days are mostly spent dealing with land issues, construction schedules, and talking to workers. Kamla Nagar is our local area, so we know the people and the landscape quite well. We don't have a team of people to handle our image or write promotional content. We are just regular people who know how to build things. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to get through, but we prefer being here rather than in some expensive office park. We have a small kettle for making tea and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We don't make big promises that we can't keep; we just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who have seen our previous projects. It is a steady way to make a living and we appreciate the trust people put in us. We just keep focusing on the day-to-day tasks of running the business.
