The best way to find us is to look for Pole No 84, which is a landmark everyone around here uses to navigate. It’s not like being in a big office building in the city center. Samaipur still has that village feel even though things are changing fast. We do development work, which means we're often dealing with land and construction projects. It’s a lot of work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby for people to wait in. It’s just a house where we do our business every day. Sometimes people get lost looking for the pole, but once they find it, they usually find us. We’ve been in this location for a while and we know the neighbors pretty well. Dealing with property development is complicated. There are always papers to sign and sites to visit across the area. We spend a lot of time out in the sun or talking to workers on site.
