We've been at 229 Katra Peran in Khari Baoli for quite some time now. Dealing with food products in such a busy part of Tilak Bazar means there is never a quiet day. It’s crowded and loud outside, but that’s just how things are here. Banwari Food Products Pvt. Ltd. isn't a big fancy operation. Most of our day is spent checking on stock and making sure things get where they need to go. If you know the area, you know how tight the lanes are. We handle everything right from this spot. It’s mostly just us doing the work, keeping an eye on quality without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we try to stay on top of it. Working in this market teaches you a lot about how people actually buy things. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business moving. The walls here have seen a lot of seasons. We mostly deal with regular folks and other traders around the bazaar. It's practical work. No one wears suits here. We just show up, open the doors, and get on with the day’s tasks. It's a bit dusty and the tea is usually lukewarm by the time we drink it, but it's home. That's pretty much the long and short of it. We are just here doing our thing every day and staying out of trouble.
