Bansal Aroma

Bansal Aroma is located in Rohini, specifically in Sector 15. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the center of Delhi. We work with different kinds of scents and oils here. The office usually smells like a mix of whatever we are packing that day, which isn't a bad way to spend your time. We are at E-1/6/40, and it’s a modest setup. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of our customers find us because they know someone who already uses our products. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the oils because that's what matters most. If the smell isn't right, we don't send it out. It’s as simple as that. The team here is small, mostly family and a few neighbors who have been with us for years. We do a lot of the packing by hand because we like to make sure it’s done right. Sometimes we run out of space in the back, and we have to shuffle boxes around just to walk through the door. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We aren't trying to change the world; we just like making sure people get good aromas for whatever they need them for. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the people we meet. We just keep at it.
