You can find Balaji Buildtech over in the Badli Industrial Estate, Phase-1. We are at S-20, which is right in the thick of things in North West Delhi. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving, trucks coming and going all day long. We started this LLP to handle the construction side of things for local businesses and some residential stuff too. The office is usually dusty because of all the activity around us, but that’s just life in Badli. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just a reliable one that people in the industrial estate can talk to. Most of our day is spent checking on sites or dealing with the logistics of building materials. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get delayed, but we just push through it. The team here is small, mostly people who have grown up around this part of the city. We know the shortcuts and the local suppliers, which helps. It’s not a glamorous job, sitting in an industrial estate, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at S-20 for a good stretch now and we’ve seen Phase-1 grow and change. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple way of running things and it works for us. We just take one day at a time here and try to keep everything moving as it should.
